Your mission
Main purpose of role: maintaining and generating new distribution and volume by creating and leveraging relationships with regional accounts.
Full Clean Valid Driving Licence Is Required
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Completion of predetermined quantity of outlet visits per week aligned to client KPIs.
* Achieve a predetermined minimum quantity of visit New Distribution Points aligned to client KPIs.
* Negotiation and maintenance increase distribution of new and existing products aligned to the client KPIs.
* Contribute to activities that generate return on investment.
Compliance
* Defend share of space by ensuring key SKUs are available with correct pricing.
* Ensure maximum outlet awareness of all products and launches via POS, national, and local activity.
Data Recording & Reporting
* Record response data accurately via the data recording tool.
* Provide weekly updates with details and pictures to promote activity.
* Report issues for resolution and ensure timely data entry.
* Update CRM, remove closed sites, and cleanse data.
* Provide feedback on supply, pricing, or product availability.
* Complete weekly feedback as requested.
Channel Insight
* Provide market intelligence and competitor activity feedback.
* Stay informed on trends and news in your channel.
Your profile
Person Specification
* Good communication, rapport building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Organizational and planning skills.
* Ability to interpret sales data.
* Self-motivated, flexible, proactive.
* IT literate.
* Experience in retail, food service, FMCG sales desirable but not essential.
* Full clean valid driving license required.
