As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to join our leadership team.
Role Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business activities, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently across all departments.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to drive productivity, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate with senior management to design and execute long-term business strategies.
Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency initiatives.
Oversee supply chain, logistics, and vendor management (where applicable).
Ensure excellent customer service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage).
Proven experience (5+ years) in an operations management or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of business processes, supply chain, and resource management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in business software (MS Office Suite, CRM systems).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
