About the RoleAt D4Dentist, we combine personalised care with cutting-edge digital dentistry to deliver exceptional patient experiences. The Treatment Coordinator (TCO) plays a central role in supporting patients through their full treatment journey — from first enquiry, to consultation, to completion of care.We are seeking a warm, organised, knowledgeable, and patient-focused TCO who will champion communication, help patients feel confident and informed, and work closely with our clinical and front-of-house teams to ensure outstanding care.This role is ideal for someone with a dental nursing background who loves people, is confident explaining treatment options, and wants to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking practice.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Journey & ExperienceConduct complimentary consultations (in-person, video, or phone) to understand patient goals and concerns.Welcome new patients, guide them through the new-patient experience, and ensure clarity and comfort at every stage.Respond promptly to all new patient enquiries (email and phone).Explain treatment options using visual aids, digital scans, and before-and-after cases.Reassure, educate, and support patients throughout their decision-making process.Manage all pre- and post-consultation communication.Build trust and rapport to increase treatment acceptance and enhance satisfaction.Ensure every visit feels personalised, supportive, and memorable ("wow" experience).Clinical & Administrative LiaisonClearly interpret treatment plans and translate clinical terminology into patient-friendly language.Ensure all documentation, consent forms, and financial agreements are fully completed and accurately stored.Communicate key practice policies (late cancellation, deposit, payments, feedback).Support smooth handovers between clinicians, nurses, and front-of-house.Schedule follow-ups, maintain recall systems, and help keep clinician and hygienist diaries efficiently filled.Provide accurate TCO notes and handover documentation so any team member can follow the patient's journey seamlessly.Support the planning and organisation of treatment options meetings, including visuals, consent information, guarantees, and presentation materials.Sales, Communication & Conversion SupportTrack treatment acceptance and generate conversion reports.Promote high-value treatments (cosmetic, orthodontics, whitening, implants).Provide financial information and payment plan guidance.Follow up with undecided patients to support positive decision-making.Handle objections professionally and collaborate with dentists where needed.Encourage referrals and share information on patient referral incentives.Practice Promotion & Patient EngagementSupport marketing activities, testimonials, reviews, and social content (if confident).Celebrate completed treatments with patients and encourage Google reviews and recommendations.Represent the practice with professionalism and warmth at all times.Be involved in creating and leading planned practice events, open days and representing the practice at promotional opportunities and wedding fayres.What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & ExperienceDental nursing background (experience in implants, orthodontics, or sedation is an advantage).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different personality types (D/I/S/C).Confident, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly.Motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong understanding of dental treatments and the ability to explain them clearly.Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., Dentally, LeadMAX, digital scanners, photography).Excellent time-management with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise.Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences that generate referrals.DesirablePrevious experience as a Treatment Coordinator.Experience with digital dentistry (iTero, digital photography).Sales or customer service background.Experience in marketing or content creation.Working HoursFull-time, 4 days per weekFlexible working arrangements, as we operate with extended late-evening opening hoursAttendance required for daily huddles, team meetings, and occasional training daysWhy Join D4Dentist?The successful candidate will have training and coaching by Michael Bentley TCO trainer to be able to deliver the TCO systems at D4 DentistWork within a progressive, digital, patient-focused dental environmentBecome a key driver in shaping the patient journeyOngoing training, support, and development opportunitiesWarm, supportive, team-centred cultureOpportunity to genuinely impact patients' confidence and wellbeingBenefits - Dental treatment includedBonus opportunitiesUniform IncludedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €17.00-€19.00 per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionSick payApplication question(s):Explain why you are a good fit for this role?Work Location: In person
