Key Responsibilities:
* Hardware Repairs & Troubleshooting – Diagnose and repair IT hardware (laptops, printers, PCs, and servers) within the workshop.
* Stock & Equipment Management – Assist in maintaining workshop stock levels and preparing parts for field service calls.
* Device Configuration & Pre-Staging – Complete imaging, memory upgrades, and hardware modifications before customer deployment.
* Installation Support – Work alongside senior engineers to set up and deploy print and personal computing hardware for customer projects.
* Onsite Technical Support – Provide hands-on support for Managed Print Services (MPS), troubleshooting print-related issues at customer sites.
* Preventative Maintenance – Conduct routine servicing of customer devices, including replacing consumables and performing diagnostic checks.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Full manual transmission driving license
* Technical Certifications (HP Print & Personal Computing desirable, or willingness to obtain)
* Experience or knowledge of Print Fleet Management & MPS software (SafeCom, Jet Advice, or similar) is advantageous but not essential
