Job Overview

The Operations Lead is a critical role responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

This involves managing teams of staff and outsourced service providers, coordinating activities and implementing policies to enhance operational efficiency.

Maintaining regulatory compliance for all relevant systems, including GMP and Non-GMP, is also a key responsibility.

The Operations Lead will oversee all aspects of continuous improvement, including team development and achieving strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

* Leading teams and people development
* Organizational excellence and performance management
* Compliance and governance
* Strategic alignment and business growth

Requirements include a third-level qualification in an engineering or science discipline, or extensive related experience in the required areas. Knowledge of GMP and validation of systems is essential.

Experience working on aseptic fill finish teams is advantageous. A good knowledge of health and safety systems and environmental control systems is also beneficial.
