About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fund Accounting Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information for our clients.
">
Main Responsibilities:
">

* Review cash and position reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
">
* Prepare expenses schedules, including calculation of management and carried interest/performance fees.
">
* Prepare investor allocations for each NAV period.
">
* E nsure that all client deliverables are completed accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with approved procedures.
">
* Assist in the preparation of quarterly/annual Financial Statements and annual audit.
">
* Act as operational contact for a range of clients, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
">
* Gain a comprehensive understanding of offshore and onshore fund structures for closed-ended funds.
">
* Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through open, accurate, and timely communication.
">
* Cover all funds within the team when required, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
">
* Mentor and train junior colleagues under the guidance of the Manager.
">
* Work on projects and ad-hoc tasks as required, showcasing initiative and a willingness to learn.
">

Qualifications and Skills:
">
">
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in fund accounting, preferably in Alternatives/Private Equity/Private Debt Funds.
">
* Familiarity with eFront or similar systems is advantageous.
">
* Strong knowledge of loan/debt products, private equity structures, and waterfall calculations is essential.
">
* Proficiency in Excel is required, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
">
* A proactive and results-driven individual with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
">
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
