Mission:
The role encompasses a broad range of strategic HR activities, including engagement, retention, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations. The HR Business Partner will drive and support targeted programs that provide a competitive advantage to the business.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare HR reports, analytics, and KPIs; maintain workforce metrics to ensure visibility and accountability.
* Utilize talent analytics to assess recruiting effectiveness, performance, talent retention, employee movement, and total rewards.
* Contribute to the improvement and deployment of formal talent development processes such as annual appraisals, succession planning, salary reviews, share options, variable remuneration (performance-based, patents), and nominations for experts or senior experts.
* Facilitate deployment of processes like promotions, career discussions, individual development plans, internal mobility, resignation interviews, and performance improvement plans.
* Coach and train management on HR tools, providing advice and support for effective staff management.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all staff-related systems (e.g., HRIS).
* Participate in site-specific HR projects such as well-being at work and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
* Support workforce planning activities.
Education/Training:
3rd level degree in HR or a related discipline.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of practical HR generalist, business partner, or talent development experience, with proven success in management coaching, employee development, employee relations, and engagement.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills are essential, with the ability to interpret and convey information accurately.
