As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of culinary operations, including menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that meet the highest quality standards
• Lead a high-performing team of chefs and cooks to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and budgeting to maintain optimal profitability
• Train and develop junior chefs and cooks to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment that adheres to HACCP guidelines
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior chef or culinary operations manager in a 4-star hotel or restaurant
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of culinary arts, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
