We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our cost estimation process. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics and Management, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Conducting comprehensive research and data collection
* Developing accurate cost estimates and cost plans
* Compiling and amending tender lists
* Drafting procurement documentation
