As a member of a multi-Disciplinary team and after a period of induction, the candidate will be expected in time to join the rota for screening new referrals in conjunction with Psychiatry and the chairing of MDT meeting along with key working duties.
Transport is required to facilitate community home & school visits and Dept.
meetings.
