Garry Property is seeking a reliable and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team in Birr. This role involves carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and upkeep duties across our properties to ensure they are safe, functional, and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general repairs, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance.
* Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
* Monitor building systems and equipment, reporting issues as required.
* Support property improvement projects and refurbishments.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
* Assist with other duties as reasonably required by management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a maintenance or similar role preferred.
* Good problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
* Ability to work independently and manage varied tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
* Flexibility to take on a wide range of duties.
