The employer is a global financial services and consulting business. Their Limerick office includes a Financial Planning and Wealth Management advisory team. Working closely with this team, you will play a key role in supporting the presale process, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Support the advisory team in ensuring the presale process is consistently followed. Liaise with clients throughout the process, assisting with the collection and preparation of required documentation (e.g. illustrations and applications, anti-money laundering and compliance documentation). Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience using CRM and IT tools. Liaise with life companies and the sales team to keep advisors up to date on market and product changes. Support management in providing product and fund performance information to the team. Maintain accurate CRM sales pipeline data and assist in reporting. Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and internal procedures. The Requirements Experience within the financial services sector with previous experience in a Life & Pensions Brokerage a distinct advantage; Previous experience in a Paraplanner or Sales Support role. QFA qualified (or progressing towards completion of exams). Knowledge of financial products, markets, and compliance practices. Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and CRM systems. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative team player with a proactive and professional approach.
