SENIOR FINANCIAL REPORTING ASSOCIATE - FUNDS (CONTRACT) Location: Dublin 4 Contract: initially approx. 5 months with view to extension Work Model: Hybrid (4 days in the office) Salary: CompetitiveROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our client's Financial Reporting team in Dublin 2.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting investment funds and ensuring compliance with global accounting and regulatory standards.You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing financial statements, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and review financial statements for investment funds on behalf of assigned clients.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.Monitor changes in accounting and disclosure standards; implement necessary process updates.Plan, organize, and oversee the production of financial statements for funds.Maintain and provide regular management information on team deliverables.Review and sign off on draft reports, account files, and associated calculations.Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.Contribute to the ongoing development of financial reporting structures, processes, and controls.Represent the Financial Reporting department on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.Present fund reports to the Board of Directors, ensuring transparency and governanceKEY REQUIREMENTSRelevant experience, ideally within a fund administrator or Big 4 firm with exposure to investment funds.Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (IFRS, US GAAP) and investment fund structures (Alternative funds, Private Equity, Hedge funds).Experience with financial reporting platforms such as Confluence Unity and/or DFIN Arc - Reporting is an advantage.Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure.Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) is advantageous.If the role interests you, please get in touch via email for more details.If you are interested in other roles or career change, please do not hesitate to contact me too.Adecco is an equal opportunity employer.Adecco Ireland is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
