You will be required to maintain effective communications with other departments, ensure that all light fittings are in good working order, and assist with electrical work such as cable laying and wiring electrical boxes.
The ideal candidate will have a recognizable trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) and be able to lift and carry maintenance equipment/materials.
