Document Management Specialist
This is a site-based role requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* General site administration, including BCAR management and H&S compliance.
* Documentation support for the site team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
* Procurement of site materials and reporting to stakeholders.
* Maintenance of site order books and reconciliation with delivery dockets.
* Inspection of deliveries and management of returns.
* Accuracy checking of invoices and dockets before submission.
* Data entry and system backup tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* 1+ years' experience working in a similar capacity.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
