The Opportunity
This is not a traditional business development role.
You won't be expected to push products, compete on price or follow a scripted sales process.
Instead, you'll work directly with customers to understand how their operations function, identify inefficiencies and develop tailored solutions that help them improve performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing new business opportunities across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, retail and distribution sectors.
Meeting prospective customers to understand their operations, challenges and future plans.
Conducting site visits and assessing workflows, storage systems and operational layouts.
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and space utilisation.
Collaborating with technical and design teams to create tailored customer solutions.
Presenting recommendations that clearly demonstrate operational and commercial value.
Building trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to project completion.
Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and delivering against growth targets.
Representing the business professionally within the market.

What We're Looking For

You'll likely bring:

Experience in business development, consultative sales or solution-based selling.
