In our dynamic and supportive organisation, we are seeking an experienced nursing leader to join our management team as Director of Care and Operations.
About the Role
We require a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills who can provide professional and operational oversight in our Private Aged Care Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care while maintaining adherence to HIQA standards.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all HIQA regulations are met within the facility including company policies and clinical governance.
* Clinical Oversight: Support nurses in delivering excellent care with dignity, independence, respect and compassion towards residents. Develop processes that improve patient flow throughout admission stages.
The postholder should have experience working at this level or higher across an aged-care sector which holds paramount value on staff development inside such instances being beneficial when performing head nurse roles you need Leadership training these qualities:
