Job Description:
My client is a public sector body based in Limerick. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Data Administrator / Reporting Specialist to join the Quality Team.
Working in a small team environment, you will be responsible for:
1. Research, collect, and collate data in preparing reports and submissions to support the Quality Department.
2. Collect and collate data statistics.
3. Assist in the conduct of audits and the subsequent preparation of audit reports.
4. Capture and aggregate data to enable analysis and reporting of issues and trends at various levels throughout the service.
5. Ensure policies and procedures are well documented, understood, and adhered to.
6. Ensure that archives and records are accurate, maintained confidentially, and readily available to the appropriate authority.
7. Keep line management informed of issues.
8. Keep stakeholders informed and communicate their views to middle management.
9. Maximise the use of technology to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
10. Assist with CMS Quarterly KPI reporting.
11. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, working collaboratively within a multi-stakeholder environment.
12. Support the implementation of change.
13. Improve and develop service delivery through good communication.
14. Participate in innovation and support change and improvement initiatives, adapting local work practices accordingly.
15. Monitor service efficiency, identify, and implement improvements where inefficiencies arise.
16. Support staff through change processes.
Skills & Experience
1. Strong experience in Data Administration/Reporting, especially with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
2. Excellent planning and organisational skills, including effective use of technology.
3. Knowledge of email systems such as Outlook or Lotus Notes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently (written and verbal).
5. Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
6. Analytical skills to interpret information, develop solutions, and contribute to decisions promptly.
7. Initiative in resolving complex issues.
8. Judgment to escalate decisions appropriately.
9. Proactive in developing proposals and recommending decisions.
10. Flexibility, problem-solving, and change management skills.
