The CAS R&D team is working on innovative products to advance Medtronic's ablation portfolio with Pulse Field Ablation (PFA).The Senior R&D Engineering manager is a functional business leader responsible for R&D engineering team to execute critical development projects. You will be accountable for the engineering staff in Galway and are expected to create a high performing team culture.
