Seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Electronic Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics principles and experience working with test and diagnostics equipment.

You will be responsible for debugging and repairing electronic modules and assemblies, setting up and maintaining test stations, and analyzing non-conforming products.

A key aspect of this role is providing day-to-day support for technical teams and collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues.

In addition to your technical expertise, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:

* Debug and repair electronic components and modules to ensure they meet functional standards.
* Setup and maintain in-circuit and custom functional test stations, power supplies, and measuring instruments.
* Analyze non-conforming products returned by customers and complete detailed reports.
* Interface with customers to determine the root cause of defects and provide solutions.
* Develop and implement troubleshooting guides and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.


Requirements:

* Board Repair Experience: Minimum three years relevant demonstrable experience working with analog and digital circuits.
* Electronics Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics principles and circuit diagrams.
* Qualifications: NFQ Level 6 or higher qualification in Electronics or equivalent.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrable debug and problem-solving skills.
* Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Desirable Skills: Experience working on SMT circuit board technology and good interpersonal and communication skills.
