Job Title: Senior Pharmacy Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned pharmacy professional to join our team as a Senior Pharmacy Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a Supervising Pharmacist and be a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Category Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and improve sales performance.
* Merchandising and Stock Control: Ensure that products are displayed effectively and stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
As a Senior Pharmacy Manager, you will also be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate records and reports.
* Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Leading and motivating the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives.
