We are in the process of obtaining our MiCA licence in Ireland and as part of this expansion, we plan to hire approximately eight employees in Ireland, with a CEO as a top priority.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Irish entity, ensuring full compliance with MiCA and Irish regulations.
Drive the company's strategy for crypto payment gateway services.
Oversee all operations, risk management, compliance, and financial performance.
Act as the primary liaison with the CBI and other regulatory bodies.
Nurture impactful relationships with key external stakeholders to build trust and promote growth opportunities for the firm.
Your Profile
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of the crypto or payments industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of MiCA and Irish financial services regulations.
Experience in scaling operations, managing P&L, and navigating regulatory environments.
This position is based in Dublin/Ireland, remote work is ok from Ireland with occasional travel to Dublin.
