Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Location: Limerick (site-based, with occasional travel) Contract: Permanent (subject to successful completion of probation) Reports To: Associate Director Surveying About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team delivering large-scale projects across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial, and educational.

Key Responsibilities Support the Associate Director in managing all commercial aspects of projects Assist with procurement, appointment, and management of subcontractors and suppliers Prepare accurate monthly progress accounts and valuations Monitor project costs, cashflow forecasting, and financial reporting Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks Participate in tender preparation when required Manage final accounts and subcontractor re-measurements Attend monthly cost reporting meetings and provide ad-hoc reports Skills & Experience Required Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying (essential) Minimum 3 years experience with a main contractor or subcontractor Residential sector experience preferred Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; Buildsoft/Cubit/Bluebeam advantageous) Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines Full, clean drivers license Whats on Offer Competitive salary with bonus scheme Company pension Private healthcare Life assurance Professional membership fees covered Ongoing training and career development opportunities Employee referral incentives Social events and team activities
