Responsible for the implementation and execution of the manufacturing/ technical training strategy, partnering with cross functional leaders to support the installation and ramp of commercial production and identify areas of continuous improvement in line with organizational goals Collaborate with global and regional teams to locally lead on knowledge transfer initiatives and ensure alignment with global training strategies and best practices Coordinate activities of subject matter experts related to training in collaboration with line supervisors/managers, ensuring training is implemented, tracked and reported accurately Management of the subject matter experts training program, conduct evaluation observations with subject matter experts and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous development, personal growth and engagement of subject matter experts who can facilitate impactful and engaging learning experiences Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions across technical functions Establish and implement a robust process to monitor training progression/metrics and provide regular updates to leaders and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness and efficiency Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to maintain site-specific manufacturing/technical training matrices Audit and Inspection Readiness: Internal and external audit activities related to training Support the IDA Training Grant process and other manufacturing personnel development initiatives Experience in CER manufacturing is essential; exposure to automation and medical device environments is a plus Proficient in using LMS platforms for training administration and reporting Degrees in training, learning and development, or human performance improvement Training, or facilitation certificate or credentials Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
