Insurance Claims Specialist
A highly skilled professional is required to work within our medical insurance claims department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage complex enquiries and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to incoming emails and calls, handling member queries and managing customer complaints.
* Processing member claims, payments and subscriptions, acknowledging and following up with customers as required.
* General administration tasks and any ad-hoc duties that fall into your role.
Requirements:
* Recent relevant experience in a similar claims assessor role, preferably QFA qualified.
* Expertise in processing claims, an understanding of claims procedures and best practices.
* Proven ability to manage complex enquiries and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and an interest in numbers.
