We are hiring experienced Commercial Real Estate lawyers to join our team to work directly with our international client base on complex and challenging commercial real estate transactions.

About the opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a busy and growing commercial real estate team in a responsible and time sensitive role.
About the role
You will be involved in the acquisition, development, asset management structuring and onward sale and leasing of large scale developments for the leading and most innovative developers in the market place;
You will be working directly with our international client base on some of the largest, complex and challenging commercial real estate transactions;
You will be involved in the negotiation of commercial leases and agreement for leases for both landlords and tenants;
You will be involved in the commercial real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including the sale and purchase of both private and public companies;
You will advising owner/occupiers on the acquisition of office, industrial and manufacturing premises; and
You will be involved in the acquisition, disposal and financing of single assets, asset portfolios and loan portfolios.
The person
You are an experienced lawyer with a strong track record in commercial real estate matters;
You have deep technical expertise, are highly client focused and committed to consistently exceeding client expectations;
You can manage a diverse workload, deliver quality, commercially-focused advice with minimal supervision, and lead and develop junior lawyers;
You enjoy the law you practice, are hardworking and resilient and will thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment where you will work in partnership with top legal talent in a market leading team that is continuing to grow;
You will enjoy establishing relationships with a diverse range of clients and colleagues; and
You are enthusiastic about business development, building long-term, meaningful client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.
