We are seeking an experienced Marine Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers across Ireland.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be tasked with growing the Marine business through proactive sales strategies, increasing brand awareness of our Marine sector. This role involves extensive travel across Ireland, where you will be expected to develop working relationships with buyers, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with central buyers and effectively manage key accounts
* Utilize your expertise to proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
* Leverage CRM tools for daily activities, project tracking, market research, and customer information management
* Communicate valuable insights and findings to senior management
* Support the creation of comprehensive sales reports and marketing campaigns
* Present yourself professionally at on-site meetings, conferences, trade exhibitions, and open days
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B field sales, with a proven track record of personal sales success
* A history of consistently meeting and achieving sales targets
* Demonstrated knowledge of the Aquaculture industry and Marine navigation (Aids to navigation)
