Overview
Festive Retail Assistant (fixed-term) | €13.70 per hour
We are looking for a team of Festive Retail Assistants, who love the spirit of Christmas and will help deliver the magic to our guests.
Your day-to-day duties will include welcoming guests in a positive and friendly manner, operating a till, replenishing stock, maintaining a clean working environment and spreading festive cheer.

Hours of Work
This is a fixed-term contract until 7th January 2026. We have the following contracts available on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
* 120 hours per 4-week period
* 80 hours per 4-week period
* 60 hours per 4-week period

About You
You will have a confident, kind and happy nature, along with plenty of enthusiasm. You will be confident taking ownership of guest queries or issues, ensuring that they are served in a friendly and efficient manner. You will also be able to engage with and build a rapport with people of all ages.

Desirable requirements
* Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within a retail environment
