LSPV 3 Limited located at 12 Dorset Street Lower, Dublin 1, D01K250, is looking for a Facilities Coordinator & Business Analyst, with at least 2 year experience, to be responsible for coordinate property maintenance and repair activities while analysing operational data to drive efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The role blends operational scheduling with data-driven performance analysis, process improvement, and reporting to support the company's property repair and service operations
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyse maintenance and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for cost savings.
· Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
· Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
· Support budgeting and forecasting by providing cost analysis and usage data.
· Receive, log, and track tenant maintenance and repair requests using the company's work order system.
· Schedule and coordinate approved contractors for repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
· Monitor progress of works, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to required quality standards.
· Maintain up-to-date compliance logs for safety inspections, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
· Evaluate supplier performance and support procurement decisions with data insights.
· Maintain accurate operational and compliance records for audit purposes.
