Join a dynamic organisation and supportive team.About the RoleReporting to the Snr Supply Chain Specialist this role will provide sales support to customers and sales representatives to ensure timely processing of customer orders and inquiries; and resolution of problems.ResponsibilitiesMakes identifiable and substantial contributions to continuous improvement.Performs all duties consistent with established AR guidelines consistent with ISO-9001 and those elements of GMP deemed necessary to support our business (as outlined in the Quality Manual).Actively complies with and endorses Department and Company objectives.Receive, process and enter orders into computer system. (Includes price checking, updating customer information, conducting credit checks, etc.)Provide customer service including taking and expediting orders, communicating order information, addressing inquiries and researching/resolving problems.Coordinate with other departments to communicate customer information and address customer inquiries.Provide sales support to traveling sales representatives.Attend and actively participate in team meetings.Travel to key accounts and related seminars.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Senior Supply Chain Specialist.4-5 years experience in customer service or order management Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Strong organization skills and attention to detailsERP experience with Oracle an advantage
