Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper (On-Site)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a growing timber frame manufacturing company based in Coachford, Cork.
.
Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to support their finance and payroll function on-site.
This role would suit a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper who is comfortable working independently in a busy manufacturing / construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Sage
Process payroll accurately and on time
Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Complete bank and supplier reconciliations
Assist with VAT returns and financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Liaise with management and external accountants
Requirements
Proven experience in a bookkeeping role
Strong Sage experience is essential
Previous payroll experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work on-site **** hours per week
Desirable
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or trade-based businesses
Knowledge of Irish payroll and VAT processes
