Job Title: Duty Manager 4 Hotel Cork City
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to lead our Front of House Operations at a prestigious 4* Hotel in Cork.
* Responsible for the effective management of all Restaurant, Bar and Events/Weddings business
* Coordinate all day-to-day Front of House activities during your shift
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
* Experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations
* Outlets and Rooms service experience preferred
* Candidates must have experience managing Conferences, Weddings, and Events
* Front office training is necessary, ability to check in/out and assist in this area
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel
* Lead and guide the team as required during service/shift
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
* Observe all shift and opening/closing procedures
