We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM)to join a reputablenursing homein County Wexford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated nursing professional ready to lead and support a dynamic team.
Requirements: Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligible to be so registered.
Minimum 2-3 years relevant post registration experience.
Post registration qualification in gerontology and/or dementia care is highly desirable.
Demonstratable clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities: Rotational and Flexible Role: Adapt to the needs of the Care Home, ensuring flexibility in service delivery.
Clinical Expertise: Combine knowledge of clinical practice, project management, service management, and continuing education to oversee and improve care standards.
Resident Care: Maintain a high standard of resident care, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Staff Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety of both residents and staff, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Staff Development: Foster a learning environment that supports the professional development of all grades of staff.
Team Environment: Promote a team-oriented culture, working collaboratively across the multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice.
Specialist Care Services: Lead and manage specialist care services, including care of the older person, Dementia/Alzheimer's care, step-down care, and convalescence services.
Continuous Professional Development: Encourage ongoing education and professional development for all team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
