About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the site's electrical infrastructure and supporting production through both reactive and preventative maintenance.
You'll work as part of a hands-on team focused on reducing downtime and keeping plant operations running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Diagnosing and repairing faults across electrical systems and equipment.
Carrying out routine maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability.
Responding swiftly to breakdowns and implementing effective solutions.
Contributing to ongoing process improvements in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures and company standards.
Maintaining accurate records and helping identify recurring issues to prevent future failures.
What We're Looking For: Time-served electrical engineer with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (Desirable but not essential) Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Safety-first mindset with attention to detail.
