The role
I'm looking for a patient music tutor to help my child develop solid fundamentals in music theory and practical piano. The arrangement should include weekly 45-minute sessions, with a focus on reading notes, rhythm, and basic scales. The student is an absolute beginner to piano, aged around 9, and enjoys a mix of classical pieces and simple pop tunes. Ideally, the tutor can provide homework sheets, track progress, and tailor lessons to maintain engagement. Experience teaching younger learners and flexibility for weekday evenings would be great. A short trial lesson is welcome to assess fit.
