Principal Hydrogeologist
for a leading environmental consultancy, specialising in delivering innovative solutions to meet regulatory and environmental requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
As a Senior or Principal, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Technical report writing
* Flood modelling and Flod risk Assessment
* Providing leadership by overseeing, guiding, and managing junior team members and sub-consultants to meet project requirements effectively.
* Communicating with clients, external stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with all project requirements.
* Assisting in project and program management for large and complex projects, including post-planning approval assistance.
* Preparation of and creating proposals to address client needs.
Essential Requirements:
* MSc in Environmental Science/Engineering, Hydrology or related disciplinesMinimum of 5 years' experience working in the environmental sector
Self-motivated, organised and capable of working on their own initiative.
* High attention to detail, excellent report writing, and communication skills.
* Ability to problem solve and assemble various strands of complex data into clear, concise outputs.
* Capacity to respond to tight timelines, reporting needs, and internal reporting structures.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
