About the Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily branch operations, manage staff and inventory, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
* Support the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day activities, including sales, customer service, stock control, opening and closing procedures, and logistics.
* Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high operational standards.
* Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and accurate stock management.
* Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets through proactive customer engagement and business development.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales within the branch by leading the trade counter team.
