Job Description
Aureol Global Connections is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer on behalf of J.J. Rhatigan & Company Unlimited Company at Wolfe Tone House, Fr. Griffin Road, Co. Galway, Galway H91 PW72. We are seeking a detail‑oriented QA Engineer to ensure that all works are delivered in line with company standards, project specifications and regulatory requirements.
The role involves developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, including inspection and test plans, conducting site inspections and audits, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. You will work closely with project teams and subcontractors to maintain high standards of workmanship, identify and resolve non‑conformances, and drive continuous improvement across all stages of the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA systems within construction or engineering environments, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively while promoting a culture of quality and compliance on site. This is a full‑time role of 45 hours per week with an annual salary range of €55,000‑€65,000.
