OverviewWe are looking for a Quality Monitoring Feedback Analyst - Dutch Speaker to support continuous improvement of quality processes within our sales operations.The Quality Analyst will be responsible for reviewing the quality of work delivered by Sales Representatives, identifying trends and risks, and providing actionable feedback and coaching to improve performance and ensure compliance with client and company standards.This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate quality samples in line with client and Accenture-approved guidelines and standardsIdentify quality trends, recurring errors, and potential risks; escalate findings to project leadership when neededProvide clear, constructive feedback and coaching to Sales Representatives with recurring quality issuesConduct root cause analysis to identify underlying causes of errors and performance gapsCollaborate closely with Managers and Sales Managers to ensure consistent quality measurements across the operationAct as a liaison between Quality, Sales, and Management teamsProactively suggest process and performance improvements to drive individual and team resultsParticipate in problem prevention and continuous improvement initiativesPrepare and deliver QA progress and performance reports to the Quality LeadConduct QA evaluations in accordance with client requirementsDeliver coaching sessions and training refreshers as requiredAnalyze Satisfaction Survey results and recommend improvement actionsAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QA evaluationsContribute to the development and knowledge sharing within the QA teamMaintain and administer the QA issue repository and ensure timely resolution of escalationsSupport ad-hoc QA projects as requiredRequired Qualifications & SkillsFluency in English and Dutch (written and verbal)Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Analyst, or similar role is preferredExperience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platformsStrong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision makingIntermediate proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas and functions) or ExcelExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetAbility to provide constructive feedback and coaching in a professional mannerTech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systemsInterest in online marketing technology and emerging digital trendsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsTeam player with a collaborative and proactive working styleAbout AccentureWe work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
