A key member of our project team, the Project Control Analyst plays a vital role in managing and analysing financial data for our manufacturing operations in the South East. As part of a 12-month contract position under the Capex Program Lead, this role entails controlling and reviewing CAPEX and project spend.
Key Responsibilities:
* We are looking for an experienced candidate to manage end-to-end processes for all CAPEX and OPEX projects
* Track and review CAPEX spending to ensure compliance control is maintained
* Review opened OPEX projects and monitor their current status
* Set up necessary master data, WBS, DCF forms for effective project management
* Prepare capitalisation forms and secure PIP approval and capitalisation
* Evaluate and estimate capex budget spend on a monthly basis, based on information from relevant stakeholders
* Verify purchase orders to ensure correct project WBS was selected
* Monthly tracking of benefits realisation related to investment projects (based on estimation from ROI), in cooperation with related stakeholders
* Provide support to the controlling department during month-end activities and planning exercises
Requirements:
* Degree in business/finance/engineering is required
* Experience in CAPEX management is essential
* Strong technical knowledge, financial accounting & compliance, Business acumen
* Capex management knowledge
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
