Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing global marketing team.
In this role, you will play an active part in bringing the Catalyx brand to life across multiple channels and markets — from crafting compelling content to coordinating impactful events and campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-moving, technology-driven B2B environment with a strong focus on life sciences and industrial automation.
You will work directly with, and report to, the Global Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Create, edit, and publish engaging marketing content across digital and print channels, including website, LinkedIn, sales material, email newsletters, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
Ensure all content is consistent with Catalyx brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging framework.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and the sales team to develop compelling product and solution narratives.
Maintain and update the Catalyx website with fresh, relevant content.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions across Europe and North America.
Manage event logistics including booth setup, promotional materials, delegate registration, and post-event follow-up activities.
Coordinate with external vendors, exhibition organizers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
Track event ROI and compile post-event reports with learnings and recommendations.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (LinkedIn, email, SEO/SEM).
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of webinars, including content development, speaker management, platform setup, and post event follow up.
Support the management of marketing automation workflows and email campaigns to nurture prospects through the funnel.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve results.
Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with pipeline goals and ensure effective lead handover.
Maintain accurate marketing records and campaign data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
Assist in preparing regular marketing performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
Support the tracking of marketing KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (internship or graduate experience considered).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English at a professional level.
Proven ability to create well-structured, engaging content for multiple formats and audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Your Profile
Essential
Nice to Have (a significant plus)
Experience with digital marketing channels and tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
Experience managing and updating websites, including CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), with an understanding of UX, SEO, and content optimisation.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or comparable CRM systems.
Background in or affinity with life sciences, pharma, biotech, or industrial automation sectors.
Experience supporting product marketing activities such as go-to-market planning or product launch campaigns.
Knowledge of additional European languages (Dutch, French, German) is an asset.
