Job OverviewTo ensure thecontinuous airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and operational readinessof assigned aircraft by overseeing all aspects of maintenance planning, technical records, reliability monitoring, and defect management. The role is responsible for managing approved maintenance programs, coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, controlling airworthiness directives and modifications, and ensuring compliance with special operational requirements. Acting as a key interface between operators, maintenance providers, and authorities, the position ensures that aircraft are maintained to the highest safety, quality, and regulatory standards while supporting efficient and cost-effective operations.Key Accountabilities & OutputsEnsure the continuous airworthiness of assigned aircraft in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.Manage and utilize Aircraft Technical Logs, including the correct application and control of the Minimum Equipment List (MEL).Develop, maintain, and amend approved Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMPs), including submission to the applicable National Aviation Authority (NAA) for approval.Monitor, analyze, and assess the effectiveness of Aircraft Maintenance Programs and implement improvements as required.Manage and control continuing airworthiness and technical records in accordance with regulatory requirements, with CAMO Assistant support where applicable.Assess, control, and ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Notices of Differences (NODs), and other mandatory airworthiness requirements.Assess, control, and manage non-mandatory modifications and repairs to approved standards.Coordinate defect rectification and oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.Prepare, issue, and distribute maintenance work packages and work orders to approved maintenance organizations.Review returned maintenance documentation for completeness, accuracy, and proper certification.Ensure all maintenance activities are completed on time and to approved regulatory and contractual standards.Identify components requiring repair or overhaul and coordinate appropriate maintenance actions.Ensure compliance with special operational requirements such as ETOPS, EROPS, or other approved operational approvals.Ensure continuing airworthiness records are maintained in accordance with Part M.A.305.Create and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, service centers, vendors, OEMs, crew, and industry professionals in general.Understand the value of our brand and reinforce it through every customer interaction.Address client requests professionally and in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.RequirementsUniversity degree in Aviation, Engineering, Part 66 Licence or a related field.Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance apprenticeshipis preferred.- EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licenseis considered an advantage but is not mandatory.- A minimum of 3 years in a CAMO environment, ideally in business aviation but not compulsory.- Proven experience in CAMO activities, including Compliance Monitoring and Safety Management Systems (SMS)- Competent with airworthiness management tools e.g. CMP/CAMP/AMOS, TRAXXALL is preferred.- Excellent knowledge of EASA Part-M and Part-CAMO requirements.- Strong understanding of aviation safety principles and regulatory frameworks.- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety management.- The right to live and work in the EU.
