Senior Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities
* Design, engineer, and support enterprise-scale contact center platforms
* Leverage Docker, Ansible, uDeploy, and CI/CD pipelines for automation and operational excellence
* Troubleshoot complex issues involving VoIP, SIP, and Linux systems
* Contribute to 24/7 platform stability and scalability
* Collaborate across teams to improve architecture, observability, and system performance
* Deliver clean, testable code and maintain detailed documentation
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in voice/telephony or systems engineering
* Strong understanding of protocols: SIP, HTTP, TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, SNMP
* Hands-on experience with Linux administration, softphone deployments, and container-based development
* Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
* Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Experience supporting high-availability systems and disaster recovery planning
* Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
