* Manage the production of monthly value cost reconciliation and forecasting reports to ensure accurate project financials.
* Oversee the preparation and agreement of monthly project payment claims to maintain timely payments.
* Coordinate the development of internal and external project cash flow information to optimize financial performance.
* Lead change control initiatives, including identification, negotiation, and agreement, to mitigate risks and delays.
* Conduct thorough assessments and quantifications of delay and disruption impacts on projects.
* Monitor and manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
* Procure subcontractors and suppliers, compiling and issuing contracts that meet project requirements.
