The Salthill Hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie who will work closely with the Head chef and the kitchen team aiding in food preparation and food service for a busy hotel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy kitchen. You will have a strong understanding of fresh ingredients and the importance of a positive guest dining experience as well as be flexible to the changing needs of a business. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the fun, energetic and vibrant Salthill Hotel.

Summary Of Key Activities
* Preparation of fresh food and plating of good standards
* Maintaining high levels of quality
* Take directions from the Head Chef
* Making sure stock is rotated
* Making sure HACCP is filled and up to date on each shift
Experience And Skills
* Minimum of 2-3 years' kitchen experience
* Ability to work under pressure
* Passionate and Enthusiastic about food
* Experience in a similar role, ideally 2-3 years
* Experience in Stock Control Procedures
* Fluent in English
* Ability to organize and work independently
