Core Inventory & Stock Management
Goods Inwards:
Receive all incoming parts deliveries, verifying accuracy against delivery notes and ensuring items are correctly logged.
Stock Organization:
Place parts into their designated storage locations to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
Auditing:
Participate in regular stock checks and inventory counts to ensure system accuracy and prevent shortages.
Workshop Support & Distribution
Parts Dispatch:
Distribute required materials and components directly to workshop colleagues to ensure vehicle preparation moves at a fast pace.
Supplier Liaison:
Collect parts directly from suppliers when necessary to fulfil urgent requirements.
Internal Service:
Act as a primary point of contact within the stores for workshop staff, providing a high-quality and efficient service.
Operational Support (Quiet Periods)
General Maintenance:
Assist with the cleaning and general upkeep of the workshop and stores area.
Safety & Standards:
Ensure all tasks are carried out with a high eye for detail and in compliance with company safety standards.
