The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Legal Projects Administrator to join our team on a contract basis initially 6 months.
Working in a Hybrid role - 2 days on site in Dublin and 3 days from home.
This is a key support role, sitting within a team managing wayleave and land related matters regarding legacy housing estates and/or group schemes, from review of draft deeds to obtaining and sealing of deeds. It involves close coordination with external partners and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on role supporting our clients efficiently, transparently, and to the highest standard. You’ll help make sure nothing slips through the cracks—from documentation to payments to reporting—while keeping communication channels open and clear across all parties.

* Document diligence: Support the review, coordination, and maintenance of legal and compliance documentation—treating sensitive material with the attention and care it demands.
* Legal Documentation: Management of wayleave and land related matters regarding legacy housing estates and/or group schemes, from review of draft deeds to obtaining and sealing of deeds
* Keep us on track: Manage and monitor project-related payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to support financial transparency and reporting.
* Data you can trust: Source, collate and verify information from multiple sources to help us build reliable, insightful reports that inform project decisions.
* Stay connected: Be the go-to contact for handling incoming queries from both internal stakeholders and external partners—ensuring questions are answered and actions followed up.
* Work as one: Act as a link between project teams and other functions to promote alignment, clarity, and momentum across the board.
Desired Experience
* A Level 7 qualification or above in Legal, Engineering, or a related field.
* Around 3+ years' experience in a similar coordination, support, or administrative role—ideally in a technical, consultancy, or project-based environment.
* A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to documentation, compliance, and processes.
* A natural communicator—someone who listens well, speaks clearly, and works with openness and respect.
* Proven experience supporting teams in fast-paced, changeable environments, with a focus on staying calm and finding pragmatic solutions.
* A strong sense of ownership and a can-do mindset, always ready to jump in and help the wider team deliver.
