The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll manage and develop a portfolio of advertising clients, guiding them to achieve their marketing goals and maximize results through the platform's tools and data-driven strategies.
What You'll Do
* Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking advertising accounts
* Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
* Analyze campaign data and provide clear recommendations
* Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and optimize campaigns
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent performance
About You
* Fluent in German and English
* At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising or account management
* Strong understanding of metrics like CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
* Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented
* Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
