The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing the delivery of infrastructure projects including migrations, upgrades, and consolidations across data centre environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and data centre projects, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple workstreams.Collaborate with internal technical teams, vendors, and third-party service providers.Ensure projects are compliant with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and security standards.Produce high-quality documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive updates.Coordinate with stakeholders across infrastructure, network, security, and application teams.Support and manage change control, testing phases, and go-live activities with minimal disruption to services.Identify and mitigate risks/issues to project timelines and deliverables.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in complex IT infrastructure environments.Proven delivery experience in data centre migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or cloud transitions .Strong background in financial services, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR).Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies: servers, networks, storage, virtualization (VMware), backup, disaster recovery, etc.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or hybrid models) is a plus.Exceptional stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
