Deputy Store Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing store team.
About the Role

You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, manage day-to-day store operations, and ensure that the store meets its targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Manage and motivate a team of store employees to achieve their best performance
* Lead by example and embody the company's values and culture
* Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance and customer engagement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve their best performance
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Benefits

* A salary range of €49,500 - €58,500 per annum
